Real products. Real customers. Real money. Our Lions don't learn business from a textbook — they launch one at the Acton Children's Business Fair, Tyrone, PA.

Lions dream up a product, calculate their costs, design their branding, set a price, and pitch to real customers. Some sell out. Some learn hard lessons. All of them discover what it means to create value in the world.
The Children's Business Fair is a marketplace run entirely by kids. Each participant creates their own business — from developing a product or service to designing a booth and marketing their ideas to customers.
On the day of the event, these young entrepreneurs sell directly to the public, gaining real-world business experience in a fun and supportive environment.

Events like this foster independence, confidence, and creativity in young people. By giving children ownership of their ideas, the fair empowers them to take initiative and see the value of hard work.
It also strengthens community connections by bringing families, local businesses, and supporters together in a shared celebration of youth achievement.

The fair is open to all youth ages 5–17 in Tyrone and surrounding areas — not just students of Kings Academy. This brings a diverse range of ideas and encourages participation from across the community.

Each booth is entered into a competition judged by local entrepreneurs. Awards are given for:
This adds excitement while providing valuable feedback from experienced professionals. Each winner takes home a trophy and $50 cash!
